• Name, email address and phone number (via contact form or order form)
• Company name and website URL (when ordering)
• Payment data (processed by Stripe, not stored by us)
• IP address and browser data (via Google Analytics, anonymised)
• Cookie preferences

3. Retention periods

• Invoicing and payment data: 7 years (legal requirement)
• Project data: duration of the agreement plus 1 year
• Contact form messages: maximum of 2 years
• Analytics data: 14 months (Google Analytics default)

4. Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to or restrict processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Send your request to info@trueben.nl. We respond within 30 days.

5. Temporary preview hosting

During the review phase of your project, trueben.nl may temporarily host your website on a secret path under trueben.nl/en/preview/. We act as a processor here. The preview page is shielded from search engines and is reachable only via the direct link.

Data processed in this phase: the content of the preview site, any feedback comments left by you or your invitees via the feedback panel, and technical logs (IP address, useragent, timestamp).

Retention of preview data: a maximum of 14 days from the date the preview is placed. After this period the preview files and associated feedback comments are removed automatically. Earlier removal on request. Send your request to info@trueben.nl.

6. Complaints

If you have a complaint about the processing of your data, contact us at info@trueben.nl. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl).
